1. What are the opening hours?

Our website is available 24 hours a day. The working hours at Fábula Digital are from 9am to 6pm. The time to send artwork is from 2 pm to 6 pm, with exceptions. Standard office hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, depending on working hours, however we can respond outside these hours depending on availability.

2. How are the products and art made?

We work with the best printers in the region and look for quality in all our suppliers. Our artwork is created by us or composed of artwork, with commercial license, by other artists. 

3. Do we issue electronic invoices?

All physical sales are accompanied by an invoice. Digital products do not have an invoice due to non-obligation under our tax regime. But if you need an invoice, you can request it via email nfe@fabuladigital.com.br.

4. What are the payment methods?

Pix, boleto, cards on the website and also on PayPal, PagSeguro and Mercado Pago platforms.

5. What are the delivery and shipping deadlines?

Delivery deadlines for digital arts depend on the communication time with the client, the initial deadline for sending samples with the data sent is 48 hours, after approval the shipping deadline is up to 24 hours. Shipping time for physical products varies by product and carrier. If you purchase more than one product, the longer term applies. Check the deadlines in the ad.

6. Is it safe to shop here?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and security standards are in accordance with the practices ofPCI DSS. The data provided is stored securely and will not be used for other purposes.
