1. USE AND LICENSE OF ARTS AND ILLUSTRATIONS


​1.1 - Third party license

Fábula Digital acquires products, fonts and artwork from third parties, under commercial license. These items are owned by the creator and the sale of finished products by our store does not authorize the buyer to sell them under any circumstances. If so, contact the creator and purchase the commercial license. Respect artists and their work.

1.2 - Own creations

The products sold in our store, of our own creation, can be standard or customized. If you want to acquire them for commercial purposes, please contact us by emailcontato@fabuladigital.com.br. In all cases, the sale of isolated vectors and cliparts is not allowed, only for compositions and use in final products. Our creations are protected and certified by copyright registration.

1.3 - Purchase of arts

When purchasing art on our website, we grant you a temporary and occasional use license, which does not constitute the transfer of ownership, therefore it is prohibited:

  • modify arts;

  • public use without due credit;

  • deconstruct the products with the purpose of applying reverse engineering;

  • remove any indications of copyright and ownership from the promotional materials;

  • transfer the materials for another person to copy for a commercial purpose;

The temporary use license may be terminated automatically by Fábula Digital in case of violation of these rules.

2. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE OR QUALITY

2.1 - Digital Products

Fábula Digital values the use of high quality vectors, to guarantee the best possible customer experience. Therefore, we make sure of the client's approval in each of the sales made. When purchasing the product, you will have up to 15 days to download it through the link sent by email, therefore, in case of loss or damage, you will have this period to download it again through the email sent. After this period, Fábula Digital is exempt from any responsibility or obligation in sending a new link or creating a new product.

2.2 - Physical products

The shipment of your purchase will be carried out by partner carriers. All purchases are insured against damage, loss or theft, so if there is any problem related to the integrity or receipt of your product, you will receive another one within a new period. We choose the best suppliers to be our partners, but we do not have control over the logistics and delivery process, so we ask for your understanding if there is any problem. Our intention will always be to offer the best service and care!

3. SHOPPING

3.1 - Acquisition of products

By purchasing an item, you agree that:

   I - You are responsible for reading the complete item listing before committing to purchase the item;

   II - accepts a legally binding contract when completing the payment process; 
   III - is responsible for all information submitted for the execution of its product, and that it has ensured that ALL information has been reviewed before being forwarded;


3.2 - Prices

The prices we charge for our services/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our displayed product prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional pricing information is available on the payments page.  
 

4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

 

4.1 - Products damaged or not in accordance with the order

For products that are damaged or different from the order, simply inform us immediately through our communication channels, sending a photo to verify the eligibility of the exchange or return. If the product is found eligible, you will be offered an exchange of the item within the period of a new shipment, depending on our stock or execution, or a refund by the same method of purchase. Return and re-shipment costs will be paid by the company.

4.2 - Purchase regret

According to the CDC (Consumer Protection Code), the consumer has a period of up to 7 days to withdraw from the purchase. Refund will be effected immediately upon receipt of the goods, undamaged, at the shipping address, for payment made via pix, boleto or bank deposit. And within 30 to 60 days for payments made with cards, varying according to your card operator.

4.3 - Customized products

We do not accept returns, due to purchase regret, of personalized products.

The Consumer Protection Code does not oblige the supplier to accept the withdrawal after the deal is carried out. It is important that the consumer is informed about the order and the deadline for delivery. It is up to the supplier to comply with the offer, otherwise the consumer may terminate the contract with the right to a refund of the amount paid, pursuant to article 35, III of the CDC.

5. OFFER OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason or no reason.

6. UPDATE OF POLICIES AND PRACTICES

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time, in our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. When we materially change the Terms, we will notify you. Your continued use of the Site or our service after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, please do not use or access the website or service.
